NextStep Consulting processes personal information when you contact us through the form, by email or by phone. This may include your name, company, email address, phone number and the information you choose to include in your enquiry.
Purpose
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a conversation and, where relevant, administer a subsequent client relationship. Information is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Netlify. If you choose to play an embedded video, YouTube or Vimeo may be contacted only after you actively click the video. Calendly is opened only when you click a booking link.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of information about you, and to object to processing where applicable law gives you that right.
